Menu Research & Development
The pizza world is growing and trends are constantly changing. Great ideas can come from anywhere. We listen to feedback and gain insights from our guests, our franchisees, our employees, and the industry. We have a well-rounded menu which offers something for everyone, without trying to be everything to everybody. All product ideas go through a process of evaluation to make sure items align with menu and brand strategy, meet the needs of our guests, and can be served with pride, consistently. We work with our franchisees to define measures of success and test new products for feasibility and profitability.
Training
At Flippin’ Pizza, we don’t believe in leaving things up to chance. That’s why we’ve developed a comprehensive, industry-recognized set of standard operating guidelines, detailed visual aids, manuals, and procedures. We believe in a simple operating model and doing a small number of things very well – and our training reflects that.
Grand Opening and Local Store Marketing (LSM) Assistance
Our success is built on our connection with the community. We believe the best way to engage with the community is to offer them a slice of happiness with exceptional service. Throughout the years, we have learned what works and what doesn’t. Our LSM program is designed to attract new guests and build genuine, lasting relationships within the communities we serve. Through our Community Connections Program, we work with you by providing ongoing support with standardized templates and marketing tools to help drive trial and increase loyalty.
Site Selection
Location is extremely important to us; it can make or break your business. Our experts will assist you with site analysis and site approval once you have located a site. This process includes identifying specific trade areas within your territory and counsel through the negotiation process.
Construction & Development
Don’t know much about Construction, don’t worry we do. Your assigned Flippin’ project manager will assist you through the development process and oversee the construction process. Additionally, franchisees are provided access to our all-inclusive Development Guidebook and pre-negotiated equipment discounts.
Purchasing
Maintaining consistent products is key to our success! As a Flippin’ Pizza franchisee, you will benefit from our pre-negotiated contracts on food ingredients and major equipment at competitive prices.
